The refreshed Model Y, known as "Juniper," looks like a light update from the outside. Inside, a lot changed: the console, the dash top, the floor shapes and the front trunk. That is why "Model Y accessories" isn't a safe search anymore. Something that fit a 2023 Model Y perfectly can sit crooked, leave a gap, or not install at all in a 2025 car.
This guide starts with fitment and only then gets to "best." We group the accessories most owners buy first, say which Teslora version to pick for a Juniper, and flag the products that need a closer look at your trim or build date.
Quick check: is your car a Juniper? At Teslora, "Model Y Juniper" means the refreshed Model Y sold from 2025 onward, shown in product options as Y(25-Now) or Model Y Juniper 2025+. The refresh has full-width light bars front and rear and a rear-seat touchscreen. The newer Model Y Standard and the longer Model Y L share many parts with Juniper, but not all of them, so check every product's Fits list.
Why 2020–2024 Model Y accessories often don't fit a Juniper
Accessories that touch a molded surface are the ones that change:
- Floor mats and liners. The footwell shapes differ, so Teslora sells Juniper as its own Fits option on every Model Y mat set.
- Console trays and inserts. The console was redesigned, so trays come in a "2025+" cut and a "2020–2024" cut.
- Dash covers and sun mats. These are cut to each generation's dash top.
- Frunk and trunk organizers. Some fit only the newer layout. Teslora's Front Trunk Divider, for example, is listed for Model Y Juniper and Model Y Standard only.
Accessories that don't depend on a molded shape usually carry over. Examples are a cabin camera cover, jack pads or a smart ring key. Even then, read the product's Fits list instead of assuming.
Rule of thumb: if a product page offers a "Fits" choice, the generations are not interchangeable. Pick the Juniper / Y(25-Now) option.
1. Floor mats: the first thing to replace
Juniper owners regularly report that legacy driver-side mats are too wide or bunch up near the pedals. Buy mats cut for 2025+.

Which to pick? The heavy-duty mats are the easy-clean choice, and the carpet layer adds a plusher look that lifts out on muddy days. Pick the 3D TPE set if you want the trunk and frunk liners in the same package. To finish the cargo area, add the Cargo Liner Trunk Mats, 3-Piece Set and choose the Y(25-Now) option.
2. Console and under-screen storage
Juniper's console is clean but open, so loose items slide around. Three upgrades cover most needs:
- Center Console Organizer Tray in Soft Silicone. Choose "Model 3 2024-2026 / Model Y 2025-2026." It has a 1.6-inch raised edge, and the console lid still closes with the tray in place.
- Under-Screen Storage Box Pro, Matte Finish. It puts the space under the touchscreen to use. Listed for Model Y Juniper, Model Y L, Model Y Standard, Model 3 Highland and Model 3 Standard.
- Center Console Glasses Tray, Silicone. It sits just ahead of the armrest, and the lid still opens and closes.

3. Charging: more ports where you reach
The factory console has a limited number of ports, so on a road trip a phone, a tablet and a passenger's device all end up competing for them.

- Glove Box USB Hub with USB-C and Three USB-A Ports is out of sight in the glove box, which suits dashcams or a USB drive. It is listed for Juniper and Model Y L. It is not listed for Model Y Standard.
4. Screen comfort: swivel and glare
- Swivel Screen Mounting Kit angles the center screen toward the driver. Check your build date. The current version is listed for Model Y Juniper (2025+), Model Y L (2026+) and Model Y Standard (2026+). The earlier version covers Model Y builds through 2025.03. - Non-Slip Dashboard Cover Mat, Black Faux Suede cuts dash glare in the windshield. There are two Juniper versions: a wider 3 mm pad and a 4 mm pad. Left-hand drive only.
5. Sun and heat
- Glass Roof Sunshade in Gray or Black. Pick Y(25-Now) for a Juniper, or YL(25-Now) for a Model Y L. It is not listed for Model Y Standard, so Standard owners should skip it.
- Windshield Sunshade, Foldable Reflective with Pouch at $18.99 is an inexpensive extra for summer parking lots.
6. Frunk, trunk and under-seat space
- Front Trunk Divider, Matte Black, Set of 2. Model Y Juniper and Model Y Standard only.
- Trunk Storage Bins, Set of 2, Optional Lids. Pick Y(25-Now).
- Front Under Seat Storage Box in Black. Listed for Model Y Juniper, Model Y L and Model Y Standard.
7. Protection if you have kids, pets or gear
- Rear Seat Anti-Kick Strip. Pick Y(25-Now).
- Center Console Side Kick Guards. The Juniper comes in full- or partial-coverage versions.
- Door Sill Protector Strips. Juniper sets come front and rear, front-only or rear-only, in black or a carbon-fiber pattern.

FAQ
Do 2020–2024 Model Y accessories fit the 2025+ Juniper? Accessories that depend on a shape (mats, console trays, dash covers, some frunk parts) generally do not. Teslora sells them as separate Juniper versions. Shape-independent items often do fit. Check each product's Fits list.
Is Model Y Standard the same as Juniper for accessories? Often, but not always. For example, our glass-roof sunshade and glove box USB hub are not listed for Model Y Standard. Our under-screen box, console USB hub and front trunk divider are.
What about Model Y L? Many Juniper products list a separate YL(25-Now) option, such as the heavy-duty floor mats (black only for YL) and the glass-roof sunshade. Always choose the YL option when it's offered.
